  For ages 4 to 7! 

  In this introductory workshop we will learn about looms and play with various weaving techniques. Weaving has a rich history throughout all cultures, and is something we often don't realize plays a huge part in our everyday lives!     

  Our first activity will explore the basic concepts of weaving, through weaving with paper strips. Then, moving onto weaving with yarn, we will use a simple cardboard loom to create our own woven piece. Lastly, there will be several table looms set up for everyone to try their hand at!

  We endeavor to use easy to source materials in all our classes so participants can continue to practice the skills they've learned even after the class is done.

  All class materials will be provided.  

  Fee: $25 per registrant

  Duration: 2 hours, 10:30am to 12:30pm

  Each week we'll do a different small make-and-take craft, all materials will be provided.

  In this new full-day session, we will be hand crafting our very own games and entertainment! Some things to look forward to include creating your own shoebox foosball, tic-tac-toe on the go, playing some fun carnival games, and participating in camp songs & activities! 

  The session will be composed of two hours of crafting and play in the morning, an hour break for lunch at midday, followed by another two hours of fun in the afternoon!

  Participants must bring their own packed (nut-free) lunch and snacks as well as hydration! If a participant has an allergy please alert us before the session and include it when completing the permission form.

  Fee: $50 per registrant

  Duration: 5 hours, 10:30am to 3:30pm
