For ages 6 to 9 years old! A perfect arts activity for your March Break!

In this workshop we will make a birdhouse out of a hollow gourd. Gourds make great natural homes for small birds and can last for years!

Students get to choose their gourd shape and decorate their birdhouse however they please using paint, stencils, and gourd seeds or pinecone pieces for shingles. By the end of the class students will have a birdhouse ready to hang up at home.

The class is $25 per registrant, all materials and supplies are included. Due to the nature of this activity student may want to bring a smock or old shirt they don't mind getting paint on.

The class is 3 hours long and instructed by Guild member Julia Szabo, with Artisans Centre member Karen Rosenthal assisting.

All instructors and assistants have completed an up to date Vulnerable Sectors Check.
