Gourd with Wire Tree

In this class we will making a tree from wire, adding beads or mini-stones to represent leaves.  

Please clean and open your gourd in advance of the class, so you will be ready to dye your gourd.  I will teach you a 'new to me' way to do the dyeing.  I will bring some pictures of completed wire trees in gourds, so you can decide how you want to cut the area to hold the tree.

I will provide the wire, beads and mini-stones for the project. 

The dyed pine needles on top of the sample gourd are not included in the class.  I can give you directions if you wish to add them after.
