Paper Quilling - Part 3

Building on techniques covered in Part 1, in this class you will learn to make beautiful paper quilled snowflakes! Use them as decorations, hang them on a tree, or use them for holiday cards.

All materials and equipment will be provided for the class. 

Prerequisite: Paper Quilling - Part 1
