In this class you will learn the basics of paper quilling. Using rolled paper strips to create shapes, you will be able to make some lovely cards with balloons or heart shapes.

All materials and equipment will be provided.

Class length is 2 hrs.

Class maximum 6 students.

Cost: $50.00 ACP Members:$45.00
