Basics - Part 1

Learn the basics of paper quilling with paper strips, rolling them to create shapes.

Make some lovely cards you can create with balloons or hearts.

All materials are included.

Instruction Time - 2 hrs

Class maximum 6 students

Cost- $50 ACP Members -$45
