Make a Night Light

Using a small gourd, you can make a night light with either a LED bulb or the regular small sized night light bulb. You will learn where to place the hole to fit the night light and where to cut the gourd so it fits next to a wall.  Then you can use a variety of drill sizes to make holes and patterns of your choosing to make a design. Add a little colour and you are done.

Instructor will be Anne Carling. Members will bring their own gourd, clean on the outside. It is suggested that it be between tennis ball and baseball size. Mini Chinese bottle , pear and round gourds all work well. Non-members will be provided with a prepaered gourd and all the equipment and supplies necesssary. Bring a bagged lunch or purchase one in the Square.

Members: $30

Non-members: $50
