In this workshop, we will explore how to push a dye to get other colours.
We will dye with natural dyes that grow locally, madder root red rose, marigold orange/mustard, carrot tops/Queen Anne's lace sage green.
Bring 3, 4-oz. skeins for each colour in natural blend roving or handspun.
Pushing colour dye packets will be provided or bring your own preferred type.
Bring notebook, apron, rubber gloves, and plastic bags to bring wet fibres home.
