Carve Your Own Canoe Paddle

Saturday and Sunday October 26-27, 2019

Artisans Centre Member Fee: $200

Non-Members Fee: $235

Come and learn to carve your own canoe paddle using a spoke shave, before sanding your finished paddle smooth. No prior experience is necessary to succeed with great results! Although your paddle may become an heirloom, do not be afraid to use it in the water.
The Instructor will provide: prepared paddle blank, spoke shaves, sand paper.
Students should bring: a spoke shave if you have one, an apron, and lots of energy!
