These beautiful key rings use a very similar technique and wooden blank. Unfortunately they use a different bushing so I had to make my own before I could create these. The Celtic Knot products I make also required the creation of a special jig to hold the blank while I cut it to insert the contrasting wood. For me the making of the blank is almost as much fun as the turning of the final product.
